Research on construction schedule risk management of power supply and distribution projects based on MCS-AHP model

In order to manage the construction schedule risk of power supply and distribution engineering, a evaluation model, namely Monte Carlo simulation method - Analytic Hierarchy Process (MCS-AHP) is proposed. this adopted improve analytic (AHP), normal interval used replace specific value when constructing fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, reduce thinking incomplete information or scattered data in process investigation scientific evaluation. This paper takes project Guangdong Province as an example uses MCS-AHP model measure key factors limiting progress, AHP for comparative analysis, verify feasibility model. The analysis shows that influencing are material equipment procurement, production arrival, installation 10 kv high voltage switchboard, electrical acceptance single machine commissioning, low-voltage switchboard DC foundation station equipment, etc., which consistent with actual situation. Therefore, it feasible construct can provide new way management analysis.
